More than 600 marketing professionals were surveyed about how online video is being used by businesses for marketing communications. Here are some of the results:
- 93% of marketing professionals are using online video for marketing and communications in 2013
- 84% are using video for website marketing
- 60% are using video for email marketing
- 70% are optimizing video for SEO
- 70% will increase spending on video marketing in 2013
- 82% said video marketing has had a positive impact on their business or organization
I am sure other year-end reports about video in business will appear in the coming weeks and I expect the figures will be just as strong.
